Shipping Policy
Online orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Notifications will be sent via email once they are processed and shipped.
Shipping Fees
YARN
Flat rate fee of $7.50 per order.
DRYER BALLS
Flat rate fee of $7.50 for order of 1-3 sets, flat rate fee of $15.00 for 4-8 sets. Customer will be contacted to discuss shipping options if the order exceeds 8 sets.
NESTING BALLS
Flat rate fee of $7.50 per ball up to 3 balls, flat rate fee of $15.00 for 4-8 balls.
NESTING CAGES
Flat rate fee of $7.50 per order.
BOOKS
Flat rate fee of $7.50 per order.
Returns & Refund Policy
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If you wish to exchange or return an item, contact Becky by email rainbowvalleyfamilyfarms@gmail.com within 14 days of when you received it.
For a full refund, we need to receive the approved return items within 30 days of the date the order was delivered to you. The item(s) must be in original undamaged, unaltered condition (yarn skeins must be intact). You must include a copy of the receipt.

Return within 30 days: Full cash/credit refund on items WITH receipt.

30-60 day returns: In-store credit or exchange WITH receipt only.

No returns, exchanges, or credit after 60 days.
Refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping) will be issued to your original payment method after the returned goods are received by us.
The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. It is advisable to include insurance and/or tracking service for returning higher value items to assure we receive them.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at rainbowvalleyfamilyfarms@gmail.com.

We take care to fill and pack orders carefully. However, should you receive an item that is damaged or incorrectly shipped by us, please contact Becky at rainbowvalleyfamilyfarms@gmail.com and we will work with you to do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
